Push notifications for new bookings

Hotel admins now receive an automatic push notification as soon as a new booking comes in – no need to keep checking the app. The feature runs via Firebase and is active for hotel admins right away.

Analytics module: occupancy, ADR and RevPAR

The new analytics module shows at a glance how well the hotel is performing: occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR) and RevPAR – the three most important metrics in the hotel industry. Each comes with a tooltip explanation for anyone seeing the term for the first time.

CSV export for bookings and invoices

Booking and invoice data can now be exported as a CSV file – also available in DATEV-compatible encoding (Windows-1252, semicolon-separated) so accountants can import the data directly.

Digital guest registration form

Hotels are legally required to record guest data. The new registration module makes this digital: guests sign directly on screen, required fields are clearly marked, and all forms can be exported as CSV.

Website builder for guesthouses

Guesthouses and small hotels without their own website can now build a public booking page directly in Stay-Board – with room photos, custom colours and an integrated booking request form.

Booking API with individual API key

Hotels with their own website can now integrate booking requests directly into Stay-Board via API. Each hotel gets its own API key through the new module.

iCal export per room

Every room now has its own iCal link – so bookings can be displayed directly in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Stay-Board now available in French

The app is now fully available in French – the third supported language alongside German and English.

Onboarding checklist for new hotels

New hotel admins see a 4-step checklist on first login: add a room, create a booking, fill in hotel settings, discover modules. Once everything is done, it can simply be dismissed.
