Pricing & Plans
Yes – the Standard plan is permanently free, with no time limit and no hidden costs. It supports up to 2 rooms and includes the core features: booking calendar, reservation management and guest management.
Small Hotel (up to 10 rooms) costs €10/month, Hotel (up to 50 rooms) €13/month, Business Hotel (up to 200 rooms) €25/month. All prices plus VAT. Modules can be added individually from €2/month.
No. The Standard plan requires no credit card – just register and start immediately.
All plans are currently billed monthly. Annual plans are in the pipeline – anyone interested can get in touch via the contact form.
Cancellation & Contract
All paid plans can be cancelled monthly – with no minimum contract period. You can downgrade or delete your account at any time in the hotel settings. After downgrading to Standard, the account remains active for free.
When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted – bookings, guests, invoices and settings. A CSV export is available beforehand.
Privacy & Security
All data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt (Supabase EU region). No data is shared with third parties. Stay-Board is GDPR-compliant and offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
Yes. All processing takes place on EU servers, guest data is used only for hotel operations and is never shared. The DPA can be signed at any time via the DPA page.
Only you and the staff members you invite yourself. The Stay-Board team has no regular access to hotel data – only in the context of support requests and exclusively with your consent.
Features & Modules
Modules are optional extensions that you can add as needed – for example housekeeping, guest registration, channel connections or the website builder. Each module costs between €2 and €10/month and can be activated or deactivated at any time.
Yes – Stay-Board runs in the browser on desktop and mobile devices. A native Android app (APK) is available for download. An iOS app is in the pipeline.
Yes, with the "Channel connections" module. It automatically imports bookings via iCal feeds and synchronises three times a day – double bookings are detected and prevented.
Yes. Multiple hotels can be created per account. Each hotel has its own settings, rooms, bookings and staff members.
Technical
Stay-Board shows an offline indicator when the connection is lost. Basic views remain visible, but changes require an active internet connection as all data is synchronised in real time.
German, English and French. The language can be changed at any time in the settings.
